This Privacy Policy explains how ATLASAI LIMITED ("CastNexa," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the CastNexa mobile application (the "App"). CastNexa helps you discover compatible receivers and cast or mirror supported content from your device to a television or other receiver selected by you.

CastNexa does not require you to create an account. We do not operate a server that receives your photos, videos, screen content, audio, browsing history, IPTV entries or discovered television information. Some technical, analytics, crash and advertising information is processed by the third-party services described below.

1. Information We Handle

1.1 Local-network receiver information

When you search for a television or other compatible receiver, the App uses your local network to discover nearby devices. The App may process a receiver's name, model, manufacturer, local IP address, service type, protocol capabilities and discovery responses. This information is used to show available receivers, establish the connection and remember a recently used receiver when that feature is enabled.

Receiver discovery information is processed locally. It is not uploaded to servers operated by ATLASAI LIMITED. Multicast or broadcast traffic, including SSDP traffic for compatible DLNA/UPnP devices, is used only to discover and communicate with receivers on the local network.

1.2 Photos, videos, screen content and audio

When you choose a photo or video, the App accesses only the content you select or the library access you authorize. The selected content is processed on your device and transmitted to the receiver you select. ATLASAI LIMITED does not upload or store that content on its own servers.

If you start screen mirroring, the App processes screen and, where enabled by you, audio data needed for the active session. Screen capture begins only through the relevant iOS system interface and after your action. It stops when you end the session or the operating system ends it. A selected receiver can view the content that you intentionally cast. Protected or restricted content may not be available for capture or casting.

If you choose to save a recording, the recording is saved to your Photos library using the permission you grant. We do not receive a copy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to record or cast the content and that you do not expose confidential information displayed on your screen.

1.3 Web browsing and IPTV information

The App may allow you to enter URLs, search terms, media stream addresses or IPTV playlist information. Browser history, saved IPTV entries and related preferences are stored locally on your device unless you delete them or uninstall the App. They are not uploaded to servers operated by ATLASAI LIMITED.

When you visit a website or play an online stream, the website, content provider, network operator or selected receiver may receive information such as your IP address, cookies, device or browser information and the requested URL under its own privacy policy. When a receiver loads an online media URL directly, that provider may receive the receiver's network information. We do not control third-party websites, streams or receiver software.

1.4 Purchase and subscription information

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card number, bank-account number or Apple Account password. The App may receive and locally process information such as the product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase status, expiration date and entitlement status so that it can unlock purchased features and restore purchases.

1.5 Technical, analytics, crash and advertising information

The App uses Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Depending on configuration, consent choices and device settings, these services may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app-instance or installation identifiers, advertising identifier when permitted, device and operating-system information, app version, language, app interactions, advertising interactions, performance data, crash logs, diagnostic information and related timestamps.

We use this information to operate the App, measure feature use, understand performance, diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, display advertising and measure advertising effectiveness. We do not use this technical data to derive a prohibited device fingerprint.

1.6 Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots and diagnostic details. We use it to respond, troubleshoot and keep records reasonably necessary to resolve the request or comply with law.

2. Information We Do Not Request

CastNexa does not require an application account or login. We do not request your application password, Apple Account password, payment-card number, bank-account number, IMEI, IMSI, device hardware MAC address, installed-application list or running-process list. If future functionality changes these practices, we will update this policy and obtain any permission required before the new processing begins.

3. Permissions and Your Choices

CastNexa requests permissions only when they are relevant to a feature you choose to use:

· Local Network: used to discover, connect to and communicate with compatible televisions and receivers.

· Photos: used to let you select photos or videos for casting and, where you choose, save a recording.

· Screen and Audio Capture: controlled through Apple's system interfaces and used only when you initiate mirroring, broadcasting or recording.

· Tracking: if the App seeks to use data for cross-app or cross-website tracking, it requests authorization through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

You may deny or later change system permissions in iOS Settings. Denying a permission may prevent the related feature from working but should not block unrelated functionality. You may clear locally stored history and entries through controls provided in the App, where available, or remove local App data by uninstalling the App.

4. Advertising and Tracking

CastNexa uses Google AdMob to display advertising. AdMob may process IP address, device identifiers, advertising information, product interactions, performance data and diagnostics as described in Google's documentation. Where required, the App presents consent choices before personalized advertising or related processing begins.

If you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob may access the advertising identifier and use information for personalized advertising or advertising measurement, subject to your consent and Google's policies. If you deny tracking, you can continue using the App; advertising may be non-personalized or otherwise limited. You can change the iOS tracking setting at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing identifiers or activity information with an advertising provider for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may use available consent controls, device privacy settings or contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob

Purpose: advertising delivery, fraud prevention, advertising measurement and, when permitted, personalized advertising.

5.2 Firebase Analytics

Purpose: measuring App usage and feature performance, understanding aggregated usage patterns and improving the App.

5.3 Firebase Crashlytics

Purpose: collecting crash reports, stack traces and related diagnostic information to detect and fix stability problems.

5.4 Apple services

Apple provides the App Store, in-app purchase, system permission, Photos, screen-capture and media-routing technologies used by the App. Apple's handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

6. How We Share Information

We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

· With the receiver you select: content and control information necessary to perform the casting session are sent to the selected television or receiver.

· With service providers: Google and Apple process information as described above to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchases and platform services.

· For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, lawful process, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, or protect rights, safety and security.

· For a business transaction: information under our control may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to legal obligations and the practices of third-party providers. The intended retention approach for this draft is summarized below.

8. International Data Transfers

ATLASAI LIMITED does not operate a content-upload server for CastNexa. Google and Apple may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we and our service providers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information under our control. We limit collection, keep casting content out of servers operated by us, use platform security controls and restrict access to support information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Local-network casting also depends on the security of your Wi-Fi network and selected receiver. Use trusted networks and receivers, keep device software current, and stop a casting session before displaying sensitive information.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale or sharing; and appeal a refusal. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Because CastNexa has no application account and does not upload casting content or local history to our servers, much of your information is controlled directly through the App, iOS settings or deletion of the App. For information held by a third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider's privacy controls.

To submit a privacy request concerning information controlled by ATLASAI LIMITED, email atlasai.global@gmail.com with enough detail for us to understand the request. We may ask for proportionate verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

11. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

· Performance of a contract: providing the casting functionality, purchase entitlement and support you request.

· Consent: accessing optional device permissions, personalized advertising, tracking or other processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent prospectively.

· Legitimate interests: maintaining security, diagnosing crashes, understanding aggregated App performance and improving the service, balanced against your rights and expectations.

· Legal obligation: complying with applicable law, lawful requests and accounting or dispute requirements.

12. Children's Privacy

CastNexa is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an application account. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support or another channel, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents and guardians should supervise casting because screen and media content can contain personal information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App, SDKs, legal requirements or our data practices. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will apply prospectively where consent or notice is required; continued use alone does not override choices that must be made through system permissions or legally required consent controls.
